FxDAO LLC is a Non-profit DAO limited liability company registered in the Republic of the Marshall Islands under the rules of the "Decentralized Autonmous Organization Act".

This means that FxDAO is a registered entity and it must comply with the local regulations, but it also means that it is a separated entity from those who use the protocol. We believe this is important because people come and go, but projects stay... and if we really want to be a long term project then we believe this is the right move.
